Mini Batch Plant

In December, Oro Industries will introduce it’s mini scale commercial model incorporating the Low-G Horizontal Centrifuge as the primary recovery unit. This model is an industrial grade, entry level commercial machine, the next step up from recreational equipment for the American and Canadian market. Perfect for low budget, start up operations. Can be fed with a small loader.

This plant is particularly suited as an alternative to artesian methods in developing countries with low cost labor and high activity in small scale commercial mining because it can be fed using laborers and/or a small loader. Low production artesian methods for free gold recovery forces many artesian miners in developing countries to use crude mercury amalgamation. This plant will produce a rich grade concentrate that can then be panned or finished in a small “bowl-spiral”, reducing the need for excessive amalgamation.

as the primary recovery unit for both fine and course gold,
and washing of residual clays.

Capacity: 8-10 tons/hour of head ore

Configuration:

•Feed hopper, sized either for manual or mechanical (machine) feed
• Vibrating, scalping type screen deck for primary classifying and washing
•Custom fitted tail sluice for cleanup, gravity fed from the discharge trough producing a rich concentrate that can then be panned or smelted.
•Honda gas motor to drive both the Centrifuge and the screen deck
•Honda water pump, suction and discharge hoses
•Trailer mounted with leveling jacks
