Unique in the industry is our line of innovative Mobile Placer Gold Processing Plants. These Gold Processing plants are particularly versatile and economical for alluvial mining projects. They are compact and portable with capacities ranging from 25 - 100 cubic yards / hour - continuous feed using either a backhoe or excavator working alongside feeding ore direct into the plant’s hopper. Our typical design uses either a trommel or vibrating screen deck classifier that feeds into the Low-G Horizontal Centrifuge for primary recovery. Concentrate is then fed into a Helix Spiral for secondary cleaning. A feed hopper wash plant, ore classifier, primary and secondary concentrators. A complete gold processing system.

These gold processing plants are built on a tow-able trailer frame and include a power generator, all pumps, hydraulics, electrical etc. They are completely self contained. The gold processing plant mobility is specially suited to move up and down the alluvial plain, moving the processing plant to the ore instead of excavating and hauling ore to a stationary processing plant. This mobile placer gold processing plant can shift position on the fly taking only 15-20 minutes to reposition the processing plant using the 4 leveling jacks. Great for fluctuating high and low water conditions. Reclamation is more economical since the head-ore tailings go right back in the digging trenches during or shortly after the process day instead of mounting up at multiple sites.

The processing plant’s primary recovery unit, the Low-G Centrifuge concentrator is a fine gold recovery system, however, for "course gold ores", we install a "jackpot" system to recover coarse gold and nuggets before the classified ore feeds into the primary recovery unit.

Mobile Placer Gold Processing Plant: Three configurations: 25-50-100 cubic yards per hour. The processing plants are trailer mounted, completely self-contained, Placer Ore Processing Plants that incorporate our Low-G Horizontal Centrifuge as a primary concentrator. Each plant has an onboard diesel power source, electric motors, water pump, wet dump stationary feed hopper, vibrating screen classifier, tailings troughs, operator platform, high pressure Monitor washing gun, concentrate bin, and manual leveling jacks. Models are as follows:

MPP-25 -- 25 cubic yards / hour with 24” Centrifuge
MPP-50 -- 50 cubic yards / hour with 30” Centrifuge
MPP-100 -- 100 cubic yards / hour with twin 30” Centrifuges

Automated Mobile Placer Gold Processing Plant: Two configurations: 50 and 100 cubic meters per hour. In addition to the standard features, these processing plants are completely automated with diesel over hydraulic driven motors, hydraulic adjustable wet vibrating feed hopper, 8 meter long x 60 cm wide hydraulic tailings conveyor with support gantry, operator platform with control station and hydraulic leveling jacks. Models are as follows:

AMPP-50 -- 50 cubic yards / hour - 30” Centrifuge
AMPP-100 -- 100 cubic yards / hour - twin 30” Centrifuges

All Mobile Placer Processing Plant come with a “Spiral Package” which includes a 16” Multi-Helix Spiral Cleaner secondary concentrator, a 2 inch Honda (gas) water pump, suction and discharge hoses, and a 5KW Honda gas generator.

Mobile Gold Lab

The sea container used to ship your Placer Plant can be converted into a secure gold lab - gold room for smelting, fire assaying and pouring your own gold bars. Basic conversion involves installation of doors and windows, benches and shelves, sink, plumbing and electrical. Lab equipment depends on the requirements of the mine and customer needs. We will train you to operate your own lab and to set up your mine processing protocol.

The 25 cu-y/h Placer Processing Plant ships inside a single 20 ft. standard sea container. The 50 cu-y/h plant ships in a 40 ft. sea container. The 100 cu-y/h ships in two 40 ft. containers.
